Closure Information and Resources

Starting the week of March 30th we will only serve meals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Children will receive two days worth of meals on Wednesdays and Fridays. The breakdown will be as followed:
Tuesday: receive two meals (Tuesday lunch, Wednesday breakfast)
Wednesday: receive four meals (Wednesday lunch, Thursday breakfast, Thursday lunch, and Friday breakfast)
Friday: receive four meals (Friday lunch, Monday breakfast, Monday lunch, Tuesday breakfast)
In addition, the serving location for Rancho Viejo Middle School has been changed to Tahquitz High School, which is located next door. These changes go into effect next week. Families will receive their meals for Monday, March 30th on Friday, March 27th. We also want to remind families that HUSD will not be serving meals during the regularly scheduled Spring Break (April 6-10).

Care Solace

Care Solace is an online resource with a live 24X7 concierge line meant to assist individuals in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services. To use Care Solace, individuals answer ten basic questions in order to receive an extensive list of referrals to applicable care providers. Care Solace takes into account all types of private insurance including Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and Medicare and those that have no insurance. The system also filters by age, gender, zip code, and special request.

Care Solace is now available for use by Hemet USD students, staff, and families at no cost. Please note, this service is an optional resource available by choice and is not mandatory in any way. Care Solace does not require a user’s name, address, phone number, or date of birth. All of the information that is entered in on their platform is completely confidential and stored securely.
