In partnership with Daybreak, the Wellness and Community Outreach Center is hosting a parent workshop on the topic, Anxiety Deep-Dive.


Parents will: 

• Learn about the prevalence and impact of anxiety • Identifying signs and symptoms of anxiety.

• Learning actionable ways to help support your child with anxiety.

• Connecting to available resources.

Interpretation Services are available in Spanish.
