 Teen Triple P program consists of8 classes, 2 hours each, that suggestsimple routines and small changes thatcan make a big difference to your family.It helps you understand the way yourfamily works and uses the things youalready say, think, feel, and do in newways that:
• Create a supportive & safe environment
• Encourage behavior you like
• Deal positively, consistently and decisively with problem behavior
• Build positive relationships with your children, so that conflict can beresolved
• Plan ahead to avoid or manage potentially difficult situations
• Take care of yourself as a parent
