RESTOAR is a program established by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office to (1) assist individuals with felony records attain personal and economic stability through resource connection and gainful employment, and (2) restore opportunities to residents who have demonstrated their successful rehabilitation and reintegration into their communities. 
 
RESTOAR offers two standing Webinars via ZOOM:
 
1. The Fair Chance Act for Job Applicants: Provides information about how to navigate the Fair Chance Act to give applicants the best opportunity to obtain employment. 
 
Date/Time: Every 3rd Tuesday of the month; 9:00 - 10:15 a.m.

2. Court Relief for Criminal Records: Provides information about the criteria for the reduction of charges, expungement, and certificates of rehabilitation and how to apply.
