Women's History Month

In honor of Women's history month, we would like to highlight the contributions of Malala Yousafzai.


Beginning January 12, 2021, the City of Hemet will expand
its COVID-19 free testing program from one day a week to five days a week. A new state-of-the-art testing bus, provided by the State of California, has the capacity to test over 500 people each day and will be parked at the City Library.

Distance Learning Tutoring

Hemet Unified School District has partnered with Paper to provide tutoring for students in grades 3-12. Paper tutors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are available to assist students in English and Spanish.

Workforce Assistance Program

County residents who lost employment because of the coronavirus epidemic may receive up to $800 in job loss benefits thanks to a $252,000 state grant received by the Riverside County Workforce Development Division.

Virtual Class: Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)

Triple P is a positive parenting program available to families with children ages 2- 12 years of age. This program helps families
manage misbehavior, use positive parenting strategies, and foster positive parent-child relationships.

Nutrition Workshops

The Parent Resource Center and Riverside University Public Health are happy to invite you to join us for our upcoming Nutrition Workshops. Topics discussed include Preparing Healthy Meals, Vegetables, Fruit, Physical Activity, and Family Time Active Fun.
